About CMN Ambassador - Kristiana

Kristiana was born with a giant congenital melanocytic nevus, or CMN, on her scalp and forehead, a small nevus on her leg, and many satellite spots across her body. Her condition makes her visibly different and often sparks questions from others. Rather than hiding from those questions, Kristiana embraces them as opportunities to educate others and spread awareness about CMN.

Her journey has taught her that being different does not mean being limited. Kristiana wants people to see the person behind her skin and understand that being different is nothing to hide.

Raising awareness is important to Kristiana because she wants other kids with CMN to know they are not alone. She hopes that by sharing her story, she can help others feel seen, understood, and confident in who they are. She is proud of her story and wants to remind everyone that we are all limitless in what we can do and become.
