About CMN Ambassador - Hazel

My daughter Hazel was born on October 30, 2023. What should have been one of the happiest moments of our lives quickly became scary when she was rushed from my arms to the warming table and everyone was shocked by what they saw on her skin. 

Today, at 2 and a half years old, Hazel is a thriving, happy toddler who does not let CMN stop her. Her journey has taught me the importance of education, kindness, understanding, and having a strong support system. 

Raising awareness about CMN is important to me because I want to show Hazel that being unique is something to embrace. I want to help educate others, encourage kindness and understanding, and remind everyone living with CMN that they are beautiful, strong, and never alone.
